Nicki Minaj didn’t look too impressed with Jennifer Lopez and the singer's opening American Music Awards medley on Sunday.
Jennifer, who was this year’s host of the annual bash, rattled through a number of songs including a snippet of Nicki’s hit track Anaconda.
As the singer writhed around on stage with her backing dancers at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles, a camera panned to Nicki who looked like she wasn’t completely bowled over by the performance.
"Wow, that was some serious shade @Nickiminaj just threw at Jennifer Lopez," one viewer wrote on Twitter shortly after J-Lo took to the stage.

Nicki's no stranger to making her feelings known - earlier this year she lashed out at Miley Cyrus when the former Disney star hosted the MTV Video Music Awards.
After Miley made it clear she didn't side with Nicki and her VMAs-related Twitter rant, she then found herself in the same room as the rapper during the annual awards bash.

And on winning her award at the event, Nicki took to the stage and immediately said: "This b***h had a lot to say about me the other day in the press, Miley what's good?"
