1. Xiaomi Mi Note 2

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is the first name we would like to mention. Lately, an official advertising render of this phone has also been posted online, revealing some important Xiaomi Mi Note 2 specs as well as design. Apparently, it will sport a 5.5-inch OLED display with two resolution variants: Full HD and Quad HD.

Besides, it is also expected to boast a Snapdragon 821 processor, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. As for camera, there will be a dual shooter setup on the back to assist users in capturing things. For the rest, no word has been made, yet we hope more information will come in the next days.

2. LG V20

Number 2 is LG V20, the successor of LG V10. Specially, it is likely to be the first non-Nexus model to run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS. Other LG V20 specs will include a 5.7-inch 2K screen, 4/6GB RAM, 32/64/128GB of internal memory, a set of 20MP rear + dual 8MP front cam, a 4,000mAh battery, and a Snapdragon 820 chip. Next is Huawei Mate 9, which has appeared in some pics posted on Chinese forum site Weibo. No word about Huawei Mate 9 launch date has been claimed, but with IFA 2016 only a few days away, we hope it’s gonna be there, in Berlin.

A new report has just revealed that a 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM model got certified by the Chinese equivalent of the FCC, which means a 6GB RAM Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is real! And according to the source, it will cost 6,088 Yuan (~$912). For those who want to purchase it, save your money and prepare to go to China!

7. OnePlus 3 Mini

Finally, a mini version of OnePlus 3 will end our list. It can be small on the outside, but don’t underestimate it on the inside. Alleged leaked benchmarks for the handset have showed up on GFXBench, revealing that OnePlus 3 Mini specs will contain a 4.6-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 820 chip, 6GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal memory, and a 16MP rear-facing + 8MP front camera combo. LG V20 Price and release date (on T-Mobile) Revealed

In three weeks from now, on September 6, LG will officially showcase the V20, a brand new smartphone that the company seems to be very proud of. While LG hasn't shared specific details regarding the release of the V20, it's probably safe to assume that the handset will be available in the US via at least two or three major carriers (just like its predecessor, the LG V10). According to a recent rumor, T-Mobile is one of the carriers that's getting ready to sell the V20.

Over the weekend, an alleged T-Mobile insider took to Reddit to reveal that the magenta carrier is planning to accept pre-orders for the LG V20 starting September 14. The new smartphone could be launched on September 23, though this release date isn't final and could change. Reportedly, T-Mobile's LG V20 is priced at $650 off contract, and folks who pre-order it will receive some interesting bonuses, including an extra battery, an "enhanced hand grip", and a "memory module attachment." The last two mysterious items sustain the idea that the V20 borrows from the modular design of the G5 (these leaked LG V20 renders suggest exactly the same thing). There should also be a T-Mobile exclusive bonus package comprised of 1 year of free Hulu subscription, plus 3 free Vudu rentals.


Naturally, at the moment, there is no way to confirm the info discovered on Reddit. However, LG itself said that the V20 would start shipping "in the third quarter" (thus at the end of September the latest), so a September 23 release date would fit the company's plans.

The LG V20 will be the world's first smartphone to run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, likely being powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor, and sporting a Quad HD screen of at least 5.5 inches. The handset should also feature a secondary ticker screen, a single front-facing camera, a dual rear camera, and a fingerprint sensor (on the back).

LG G5 Review: New On the Block

You have to wonder if the LG G5 has a bit of an identity crisis. On its own, it's a pretty good Android smartphone. Above average, certainly. And absolutely intriguing, given that it's the first to switch to a "modular" system wherein the battery slides out of the butt of the phone — and in can slide a new bottom, adding new functionality. Is it a mere smartphone? Is it a mobile photography powerhouse? A portable hi-fi audio player? A window into a new vein of virtual reality?

 

 It's all of those things, actually. And it's a reminder that LG is not (and has not been) afraid to do some relatively crazy things with its smartphone line. It moved buttons to the back. It was one of the first to experiment with glass backs. It's gone as svelte and as sleek — and as big and beefy — as anyone. It's as if iterating just isn't exciting enough for LG, even if that means an unpredictable experience for consumers (and, admittedly, journalists) year to year.

It some ways, with the G5, that's great. In others, we've got some serious questions about longevity and durability, especially considering the extra expense if the G5 is to truly live at the center of LG's new "Friends" ecosystem, full of easy-to-use accessories.

The LG G5 body — fit and finish and feel

There's a lot going on with the LG G5, in terms of how it's built, how it feels — and how well LG executed on both.

This is a big slab of a phone. Not quite a phablet, but it fits nicely between the Galaxy S7 and Nexus 6P in terms of size. It's relatively easy to grip — and in the fingerprint sensor/power button on the back leads your index finger to the right spot — even with its smooth, matte finish. The dual cameras and their accoutrements look a little funny, but they're quite useful.

The front of the phone is almost entirely a single piece of glass. The curve at the top of the phone is wonderfully done. Subtle, but unmistakable. It's one of those features that LG pulls off that makes it stand out, even when there are more popular curved displays on the market. The earpiece is tucked up there of course, and there's an LED hidden in there as well.

That top curve also stands in stark contrast to the removable plastic section at the bottom of the phone. That's the modular butt, and it's easily the most polarizing feature.

Android 6.0 Marshmallow OTA Update finally available for LG G3

[ROM] Download Official CM 13 Marshmallow on LG G3 S & LG G3 Beat – How to Install?

How to Install CyanogenMod 13 (CM13) Nightly Builds Marshmallow ROM on LG G3

Step 1: Enable USB debugging on LG G3, simply go to settings >> Developers option, and connect your device to your computer.

Step 2: After that, download cyanogenmod 13 Nightly ROM for LG G3 S (DOWNLOAD) and LG G3 Beat (DOWNLOAD) on  your computer, and Google Apps from here and move the downloaded files to the storage of your LG G3 device. Make sure it’s saved in root memory, so you can easily locate the file.

Step 3: Now, switch off your device and boot to recovery mode (press and hold Volume Down button + press Power button).

Step 4: Once you get to the recovery mode, simply perform a full system wipe (Wipe Data/Factory Reset, Wipe Cache Partition and then Wipe Dalvik Cache/ART cache from advanced section).

Step 5: After that, go to the recover main menu, then choose install, then select the CM 13 Zip file and flash immediately.

Step 6: Repeat the step 5 to also install the Google apps/

Step 7: Once the installation process is completed, simply go back main recovery menu and tap on Reboot system, and your device would be rebooted.

Once your LG G3 android is successfully rebooted, then you will begin to experience Android 6.0 Marshmallow on your device with much amazing features. And just in case your device got stock in welcome screen during reboot, simply switch off and boot to recovery, then wipe cache partition and reboot!
